In the process of new development, prototype verification is conducted before mass production! By using Digital Cast, not only can the initial costs associated with mold production be reduced, but quality concerns after mold creation can also be alleviated. 【What is Digital Cast?】 It is a manufacturing method that involves creating a resin model with a 3D printer and then producing metal products through a process similar to lost-wax precision casting using that model as a prototype. Castings can be handled in as little as one week, starting from just one piece. We offer proposals that provide benefits even in development and prototyping. An edgewise coil is a coil made by bending flat wire in the edgewise direction. Compared to round wire coils commonly used, it can secure the same cross-sectional area at the same size, allowing for higher current flow than round wire coils. Our company proposes and manufactures with high quality, low cost, and short delivery times.
